January 20th, 2010 by David de los Reyes

This film follows service design and innovation consultancy live|work working on a short project with g-Nostics, a provider of personalized medicine. It explores how service designers go about doing “service design” in the context of a technology-based service originating in scientific research. The film is the result of an academic study into designing for services at Said Business School, University of Oxford.
